Meet our 2024 Lion of the Year - Ryan Quinn
On December 2, 2021, the Osseo Lions happily inducted Ryan Quinn as a new Lion in the Club. In the short 2.5 years that he has been a Lion, Quinn has become a valued club member.
Any time a helping hand is needed, Quinn is there. Quinn joined the Osseo Lions after being a Rotarian as well. He has an endless drive to serve others. Quinn joined the board shortly thereafter and took over the position of Sunshine Reporter in the club. He took it upon himself to personally interview and get to know club members and pass along any life updates on club members in his report each month.
Whether volunteering at the pancake breakfast, steak fry, Halloween event, or the Lions Roar, he can usually be found helping out somewhere. Recently, it was discovered that his superior sales skills extend beyond selling homes to ice cream sales at Boerboom Park.
Quinn is currently serving the board as the second Vice President and brings a lot of fun and energy to any meeting or event he attends.Born in Houston, TX, Quinn was moved and raised in the St Cloud area. As a child, Quinn wanted to be a major league baseball player. As an adult, he settled for the next best career and became a REALTOR®, helping community members buy and sell real estate in Minnesota.
Quinn has a son, Colin, who just graduated from the University of Wisconsin (Madison). Playing golf is one of his favorite pastimes, as is working with the club members to raise funds and help others.Quinn’s willingness to serve the community and help wherever needed exemplifies the true spirit of being a Lion.
