The Lions Roar Vendors-in-the-Park event showcases local area small businesses and organizations in the heart of Boerboom Veterans’ Park on Central Ave, across from the Osseo Community Center.
You’ll find home services, homemade foods, kitchen and home supplies, cleaning supplies, household decor, clothing, gift items, artwork, and more.

Park Vendors can start setting up by 8 AM. The event will “open” to the public by 9 AM and remain open until 3 PM on Saturday, weather permitting.

We welcome all types of small businesses and organizations to participate in our local community pop-up vendor fair. However, the Osseo Lions Club and the City of Osseo reserve the right to refuse any applicant we deem to be harmful to the peaceful makeup of our community in any way.

NOTE: Confirmations will not be sent until payment is received. Confirmation will be sent as applications are approved.
Order of receipt does not guarantee placement. Your placement will be provided with a map at least 2 days prior to the event.
A staging area map will be made available prior to the event online at OsseoLionsRoar.com.
Applicant agrees to indemnify the Osseo Lions Club and the City of Osseo from any liability arising from Applicant’s participation in the Osseo Lions Roar and Parade.
Applicant additionally agrees to carry statutorily required liability insurance or an operating license, where it would normally be required by the State of Minnesota.
The Osseo Lions Roar Committee has sole discretion to accept or deny event participants.
We would like to invite you to participate as a vendor for this year’s Lions Roar Vendor-in-the-Park event!
The Vendors-in-the-Park starts at 9:00 AM on Saturday, September 12th. The vendor pop-up will showcase businesses and organizations across the region selling everything from food and clothing to housewares, artwork, home services, and more.
To make this day a complete success, we would love to consider your participation in the line-up. Space is limited, so please get your application in early.
The deadline for the application to be included in the published line-up is August 25th. Registrations may still be accepted through Labor Day; however, late applications may not be included in the publicized lineup.
Registration is non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable.
REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES: $25 for a 10x10 space/day.
NOTES: Vendors must bring: Tent (if wanted), Tables, and a completed ST-19 tax form
Set up time: 7 AM
Take-down time: 3 PM. You may not tear down early, but you can stay until 5 pm.
Your booth must be staffed the entire time the event is open.

Exhibit space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis once payment is received. The total amount is due and must be paid in full with the registration form, to exhibit. Placement is confirmed upon verified receipt of funds. By submitting an application to participate, you are agreeing to the following
Terms and Conditions: One exhibitor per product line will be accepted per event. If accepted, I have a commitment to participate and understand that, once accepted, all monies paid to Osseo Lions are non-refundable and no reimbursement or transfers of fees will be issued. The Osseo Lions makes no promises on attendance numbers. I understand that everyone participating in the show is responsible for helping to promote and get the word out.
The Osseo Lions, its staff and volunteers will not be held responsible for injury, loss, theft, damage, inclement weather, acts of God or vandalism of any individual’s self, property, or products.
By registering to be a vendor at this year’s Lions Roar Vendors-in-the-Park and Vendor Fair you agree to the terms and conditions of Osseo Lions and release and hold harmless The Osseo Lions and the City of Osseo, Minnesota, from all manner of actions, suits, damages or other claims whatsoever arising from self or spectator injury, loss or damage to my property or anyone property.
