By submitting an application to participate, you are agreeing to the following

Terms and Conditions: One-two exhibitors per product/business line will be accepted for the event and this will be determined by the volunteer event coodinator. All decisions are final. If accepted, you agree that you have committed to participate and understand that, once accepted, all monies paid to Osseo Lions are non-refundable. No refunds or transfer of fees will be issued.

☑️ Placement is first come first served based on available business caterogies. Order of receipt does not guarantee park/venue positioning.

☑️ A staging area map will be made available prior to the event - emailed to the main point of contact in your application. Your position will be provided with a map at least 24 hours prior to the event.

☑️ Applicant additionally agrees to carry statutorily required liability insurance or an operating license, where it would normally be required by the State of Minnesota.

☑️ The Osseo Lions Roar Committee has sole discretion to accept or deny event participants.

☑️ The Osseo Lions makes no promises on attendance numbers. Youunderstand that everyone participating in the show is responsible for helping to promote and get the word out.

☑️ The Osseo Lions, its staff and volunteers will not be held responsible for injury, loss, theft, damage, inclement weather, acts of God or vandalism of any individual’s self, property, or products.

☑️ By registering to be a vendor at this year’s Lions Roar Vendors-in-the-Park and Vendor Fair you agree to the terms and conditions of Osseo Lions and release and hold harmless The Osseo Lions and the City of Osseo, Minnesota, from all manner of actions, suits, damages or other claims whatsoever arising from self or spectator injury, loss or damage to my property or anyone property.
