The Lions Roar is a Community Event and Lions Club Cause That Extends Far Beyond the Festivities.

While the Roar is a celebration, every dollar raised flows back into missions that change lives. The Osseo Lions serve the entire Osseo School District area, nonprofits throughout Hennepin County, and state, national, and global Lions International initiatives.

Organizations supported include groups serving homeless youth, foundations fighting blindness and diabetes, cancer foundations, Can-Do Canine programs, youth academic programs, theater and arts programs, military family support organizations, and religious organizations.

The event is not just the club's most joyful tradition — it is the engine that keeps their mission running year after year, ensuring that a small band of dedicated volunteers can continue to answer the call to serve.
